Planning, creation, and approval rarely live in the same place.

The hypothesis behind this concept: campaign briefs, asset drafts, and approvals are often spread across documents, chats, and design files, so the message drifts and nobody is sure what is actually approved.

Intended user: a small creative or marketing team coordinating a product launch across a few channels.

  1. 01

    Brief

One shared source: product, audience, goal, tone, channels.

  2. 02

    Direction

Two distinct creative routes, both editable.

  3. 03

    Assets

Hero, social, and email drafted from the same direction.

  4. 04

    Review

Comments, approval states, and readiness checks.

  5. 05

    Handoff

A summary that states exactly what is and isn’t ready.

Try the full journey with a prefilled KIVO launch.

Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type is stored or sent anywhere, and no AI model is involved.

Interactive concept demo — suggestions use local sample logic.

Channels
01

A shared brief for consistency

Every draft reads from the same five brief fields. Change the audience in the demo and all three channels shift together, instead of drifting apart across documents.

02

Editable suggestions for user control

Suggestions are starting points, never final output. Headlines, messages, and every copy variant are editable, and edits to one direction are kept when you switch to the other.

03

Readiness and approval for a clear handoff

An item can’t be approved with empty copy, and editing approved copy returns it to draft. The handoff names unresolved items instead of calling them launch-ready.

  • Real form controls with labels, inline validation, and error text tied to each field.
  • Steps are buttons with a current-step state; required data is checked before moving on.
  • Status changes and copy confirmation are announced to screen readers.
  • Reset and regenerate ask before discarding edited work.
  • 44px minimum targets; the layout stacks cleanly on narrow screens.

Visual system

Graphite

Warm white

Cobalt · action

Green · approved

Cobalt marks the one next action; green only ever means approved. Status is always written as text, never color alone.

Current limitations

Suggestions come from fixed sample logic, not a live AI model. No images are generated, nothing is saved, and there is no multi-person collaboration. The concept has not been tested with users.

Proposed validation

Run moderated sessions with 5–6 small marketing teams using a real upcoming launch brief. Observe where they edit suggestions, whether approval states are trusted, and whether the handoff replaces their current checklist.

Proposed product concept created for portfolio demonstration — not a client engagement or commercial platform.
